Terms and Conditions for Booking and Payment at Odin Camping AS

These terms apply between Odin Camping AS and the person who, either personally or through another party, books/pays for a stay at Odin Camping.
The person making the booking/payment is referred to as the "Customer" in these terms. The provider is referred to as "Odin Camping" or "We".
The booking/payment concerns the rental of a pitch or cabin at Odin Camping. Customers/guests at Odin Camping are required to follow the "Rules".

Booking and Payment for Private Individuals

To book and pay for a stay on the website booking.odincamping.com, the customer must be at least 18 years old.
To complete payment, a bank card or Vipps is required.

Reservation of Pitch:
The price includes the rental of the pitch, booking fee, and any electricity connection (including consumption).
Check-in after 12:00. Check-out before 12:00.
If you arrive late, please notify us in advance.
Designated motorhome pitches include safety distances of up to 4 meters to neighboring units.

Reservation of Cabin:
Check-in after 15:00. Check-out before 12:00.
If you arrive late, please notify us in advance.

Payment / Booking Confirmation

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the information on the booking confirmation is correct.
The booking confirmation is sent via email and text message (SMS).
In case of errors, we must be contacted within 7 days after receiving the confirmation, but no later than 24 hours before arrival.
All prices are in NOK and include VAT.

Cancellation of Booked Camping Pitch/Cabin

For Motorhome, Caravan and Tent:

  • 100% refund for cancellations made 7 days before arrival.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 and 3 days before arrival.
  • 0% refund for cancellations made less than 3 days before arrival.

For Cabin Rental:

  • 100% refund for cancellations made 21 days before arrival.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made between 21 and 7 days before arrival.
  • 0% refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival.

Rules for No-Show

If the guest does not show up for check-in, they must pay the total price of the booking.

Cancellation of Booked Cabin

The guest must pay the total price of the booking if they cancel after the stay has been booked.

Liability for Property/Damages

The customer is responsible for maintaining insurance coverage as deemed necessary, such as liability, vehicle, accident, and luggage insurance.
We are not responsible for damage or loss caused by third parties, nor for belongings left behind.

Additional Services

Pets
Pets are allowed. However, this may incur an additional charge.

Internet
Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

Rules Regarding Children and Extra Beds
Children of all ages are welcome.

Other Obligations and House Rules

The customer agrees to take good care of the rented property and the facilities, to comply with applicable rules, regulations, and instructions, and to ensure that accompanying guests/visitors do the same.
Between 22:00 and 08:00, the customer/guests must maintain the utmost consideration and silence towards other guests.
Regulations regarding safety distances between motorhomes must be followed. The distance between two units must be at least four meters.
Instructions for waste sorting must be followed.

Use of Personal Data

By using this website, you also agree to the data policy of Odin Camping and Hamnsystem Sverige AB.
Odin Camping reserves the right to send information and marketing via email or SMS on special occasions.

Breach of Contract

This is an agreement between the customer (booker) and Odin Camping.
The agreement is terminated immediately if:

  • The terms of this document are not met.
  • The customer/guests behave disruptively in the area.
  • The customer/guests cause vandalism in the area.

In case of a breach of contract, the customer/guests must immediately vacate the pitch.
In the event of damage or disruptive behavior, we may claim compensation from the customer.

Disputes

Please contact us with any complaints. Remember that delaying a complaint may reduce the chances of resolution.

Force Majeure

In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, floods, or other events considered force majeure, we may terminate the agreement, in which case the customer and guests will be notified as soon as possible.
In such cases, we are obligated to refund the paid amount, excluding services already used.
